I ordered a Pet Memorial Crystal, and the engraving itself was quite detailed. It looked just like the preview. My only small gripe is that shipping took a bit longer than I expected, around 8 days to reach Sacramento. Customer service was helpful when I inquired, though. Overall a positive experience, but faster delivery would make it perfect.
